Wood Siding, Wood Safe Wash
The stained siding gets a wood safe wash that clears the algae, mildew, and gray weathering while keeping your stain and seal intact. We never put harsh chlorine on your wood.
Eaves, Soffit & Fascia
We clean the full eave line so the trim matches the fresh roof and siding for a finished look all the way around.
Lakeside Wood Stairs
The mossy stairs down to the lake get the same wood safe treatment, so they're safe underfoot and looking right again.

Lakeside Deck Soft Wash
Left alone, buildup does real damage.
Roof algae (Gloeocapsa magma) feeds on the limestone in asphalt shingles and traps moisture against the roof. Over time it strips the protective granules and can cut a 25 year roof down to 15 to 20 years.1 The same organic growth holds damp against wood, which speeds up rot and locks in staining that only gets harder to remove the longer it sits.2
For a listing, this is one of the easier wins before it hits the market, and a strong talking point for buyers.

Property condition and pre-existing damage
This home shows some age and weathering. Certain surfaces, like the wood siding, trim, lakeside stairs, and older window seals, may already have soft or rotted wood, failing stain or caulk, or loose material. Our soft wash process is deliberately gentle to keep that risk low, but Towslee's Got Pressure isn't responsible for pre-existing or hidden damage that shows up or worsens during cleaning. We'll always point out anything we're concerned about before and during the job.
- Sizes shown are measured from satellite and photos, then confirmed on site. Pricing only changes if the real numbers come back materially different.
- Results depend on the age and condition of each surface. Deep set stains may lighten rather than disappear completely.
- We'll need water and clear access to the exterior on service day. Scheduling depends on weather.
- Payment is due on completion unless you prepay. This proposal is good for 30 days.
